CRS Roof Consultants was one of the fisrt Independent Commercial Roof Consultants in the business. Our technical consultants have hands-on background as roofing professionals with experience and certifications in one or more business and technical disciplines (ie: Registered Roof Observers (RRO), Project Management (PMI), etc.).

    There are two primary phases of restoring any roof system. Whether the roof is being resurfaced or torn-off and replaced, solution selection and a few other pre-requisites need to be spelled out before requesting proposals (Phase I - Writing the Bid Specification).
