Executive Summary
|
|
Definition: A non-technical summary statement at the beginning of the Roof Report
designed to encapsulate the roof(s) condition, financial projections and recommendations
for immediate action item alerts and short term preventative maintenance.
The executive summary is usually no longer than one or two pages depending
on the number of buildings in the project under review. It can be longer,
depending on the report's length, number of building in a projects' campus
and condition of the waterproof system installed on the building(s) being
surveyed.
Our Executive Summaries are literally written for executives who most likely
DO NOT have time to read the complete report, but needs to understand the basis
under which certain financial projections are made and how they impact the
clients budget.
The CRS Executive Summary summarizes a number of documented components for each building surveyed.
- Technical Specifications
- Findings: Itemized List of Components
- Conclusions & Recommendations
- AutoCad Renderings: Building Map w/Repair Codes
- Digitized Photo's: Visual Record of Deficiencies
