Roof Survey Overviews (Consultants Observations) are isolated to a single building
and are usually two pages covering roof component conditions. Complete overviews
range from four pages up and are inclusive of roof component conditions,
technical specifications with a Summary Review and Recommendations for each building
surveyed.
