All Bidding Contractors Must Satisfy Client Requirements

Clients of CRS Roof Consultants are high profile property owners and
operators who manage hundreds of properties from coast to coast. Achieving
the required ROI on their Assets command vendors have a minimum level of
experience and proficiency.
Our clients engage CRS Roof Consultants to validate contractor capabilities
on the front end while monitoring performance rules and best practice
techniques during installation.
Contractors must satisfy these proficiency requirements to assure
any and all work performed for our clients meet their expecations. A
significant portion of these prerequisites are verified and validated
in the field.
In order for this field work to be executed, new vendors must complete
the required paperwork (Roofing Contractor Qualification Statement)
which helps CRS and it's Clients understand which types of roofing systems
your firm is qualified and/or certified for by material manufacturer's.
Proceedures and materials must comply with Industry Standards.
CRS clients expect commercial roof systems to meet or exceed the warranty

There are two ways to become an active participant.
At the Time of Bid:
Your firm may be included during pre-bid conference at the request of the
property owner, operator or management firm.
Pre-Qualified:
Your firm may Pre-Qualify by completing the necessary paperwork and
having CRS review prior works. (NOTE: Pre-Qualifying vendors may incur
fee's associated with background checks and validation requirements)
Vested Interest
It is in the best interest of all parties, including but not limited to
Clients, Consultants, Roofing and other Waterproofing Contractors to
fully understand the extent, boundaries and limitations of our capabilities
in a way that allows us to compliment and enhance the working relationships.
